UPDATE: Oh no Derek, you have it all wrong. We are not upset and we are not wanting to come back to your dealership, we are warning customers not to take their vehicles to your dealership because your techs are not professional or skilled. You don't even bother to talk to your customers to find out why they are upset. Wouldn't you be upset if you have to travel 35km one way 3 times and nothing was done to their vehicle?! I have added pics to show the bolts not done up and the live wire waving around under the hood that could have caused a fire. Your Techs put our lives in danger. But no, we shouldn't be upset, right?! We do recommend Mike Yarek in Paris (isn't that where your good mechanics end up after they leave your dealership). I use to recommend this dealership to everyone I knew but because of my recent experiences, I do not want to even give them 1 star. A little professionalism from the Techs and the Owner would go along way but unfortunately this dealership lacks that. We were loyal customers of Demeyeres for years. We kept going back because of the Service manager. He always treated us right. Even though they cannot seem to keep good Techs. We have tolerated the numerous mistakes, neglect and unprofessionalism of the techs. From bolts not being tightened back up after a service job, to the crank case filter cover not tightened back on properly, to us wasting numerous trips to Simcoe and being told they didn't do our service work that was scheduled in because they didn't have time or the tech didn't show up, a tech turned out the engine light because they couldnt figure out the vehicles issue, putting in wrong parts, falsifying and putting in used refurbished replacement parts, and the Techs are just down right rude and unprofessional. Recently, we have had issues with our 1 truck and the Techs neglected to put in a ticket to Chryler Canada. The Techs couldn't figure the issue out, so they threw their arms up and refuse to work on our vehicles. Now we have to start from square one somewhere else.

I don’t even know where or how to begin… 1st I had the BEST and EASIEST Experience buying an American vehicle, not to talk about a vehicle that’s suppose to be a Limited Edition. From the moment I called, Scott Butcher picked up the phone, answered all my questions and took my deposit over the phone. For context, this was my 5th Dodge dealership I was dealing with. 2 of them I had put a deposit on a similar car and one said the next day it was already sold, while another said, oh, there’s a $25k markup on the vehicle (while I was driving to see it). The other 2, one couldn’t get me a car and the other also wanted $25k markup on an incoming car. So from the parking lot of the 4th dealership I started making calls, and that’s how I found Scott and the Demeyere dealership. He told me, this is a small town dealership, they don’t play games like others (in the GTA) and he was a man of his words. He sent me a bill of sale on a Saturday, at MSRP, removed all the little expenses other dealerships added on their bill (eg $200 for $80 wheel locks). On Monday I went to do paperwork and Tuesday picked up the car. I’d like to give a special shout out to Finance guy Blair, no pressure and he wanted to make sure I had the right protection and Geoff the Manager who helped Scott make sure the deal went thru! This is my first North American car, and I was going to give up after the experiences with the other Dodge dealerships, but I’m happy I met Scott and he made the drive out to get the car worth everything. No Games, No Stories, No Drama! If you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM Vehicle, I would ONLY recommend Demeyere and HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Scott. Traveled from London to check out a new Ram 1500, and the entire experience exceeded expectations.
